We will be upgrading the firmware of our AdTran NetVanta Ethernet equipment for your DIA, RNS/EIPDS, or Business All-in-One service. The upgrade to your etherNID and the host shelf will keep your business current with AdTran updates. You can expect that your business will be without Hawaiian Telcom broadband or private networking service (Business All-in-One, DIA, EIPDS and RNS) one night between the period of April 29th and May23rd between midnight and 4 am. Once the upgrades are complete, your equipment will restart automatically.
So that you’re prepared for the upgrade, please be sure to leave your NetVanta equipment powered on so that Hawaiian Telcom can upgrade your device.
